AUTOMATIC CUSHION TUFTER & BUTTON ATTACHING MACHINE


[IMAGE] Buttons are loaded into the magazine and then into the machine.

The cushion is placed into position







[IMAGE] Air pressure is applied, the machine head comes down ......










[IMAGE] ... driving the male part through the cushion and locking into the lower button.








[IMAGE] When the pressure is released, the foam tries to return to normal and pulls the cord out of the top button.

A complete button is now fitted.
